Up for auction is a 2006 Mercedes R350. This is a two-owner vehicle that has been accident free. The car was used as my daily driver for the past six years. I'm selling it because I got another car and no longer need this one. This car is still running well, but it does have some issues. Please see below: The good:Inspection good until 12/19, new rotors, new water pump, newer battery (2018), newer brakes, newer fuel line and fuel pump (2018), and newer alternator (2018). Also, these cars were known for having a defective part with regard to the timing chain. I had an independent mechanic fix that (timing chain, balance shaft, and intake manifold), which is why there is no longer a CEL. The bad:The car is leaking oil (something is most likely not sealed properly), it is leaking power steering fluid (I was told that this is most likely a line somewhere because the power steering pump was replaced in 2012), and sometimes the gas gauge sticks (it started doing this after I had the new fuel line put in, so it could just be something that needs to be adjusted because something is sticking). Also, there is minor body damage on the back passenger's side of the car where I scraped something (please see picture). Other than that, the car is still running well, but it could use a good cleaning. This car is being sold As-Is with no guarantees or warranties.
